Robert Amankwah

(Chairman)

Former board member of Ghana Oil Company (GOIL), a government appointed position. Robert, also served as a board member of Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and when the decoupling of GCAA was formed, Robert also served as a board member of Ghana Airport Company Limited. He is currently a board member of Ghana Co-operative Marketing Association Limited.

Yaw Amankwah

(Founder/CEO)

Yaw Amankwah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Maiden Energy & Maiden Oilfield Services. He has over 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector with great business negotiating skills and an unique ability to provide great energy solutions globally along with keen expertise in downstream oil trading crude oil and refined oil products.

Before his tenure in the Oil & Gas industry, he is a graduate of Rutgers University. He formed and managed a small business accounting firm (Orabak & Byco LLC) for over 10 years and also contracted working with high profile accounting firms in New Jersey.

Yaw also has strong business and networking relations with major energy companies such as BP, Aker Energy, Giant Gas, Petroineos, Chevron, IndianOil, Levene Energy and Tullow Oil.

Godfred Amankwah

(Board Member)

Godfred is dynamic with extraordinary skills in business development management. He has mass experience in creating and completing energy projects globally. A few major key players in the energy industry has consulted Godfred for business strategizing tactics and management within Ghana and all over various countries within West Africa. His ability to source and successfully manage global energy projects, has advantageous opportunity for exponential growth in future business opportunities.

Prior to Maiden Energy, Godfred is a graduate of Centenary College of New Jersey. Majored in visual communication with concentration on TV & Video production. Godfred managed NET2 TV and Orabak Ghana Limited.
